Established in March 2013, AHAD Investments aims to be the first choice Acquisitions & Development Company in London for investors from around the world. Operating in London, AHAD Investments specialises in investment residential and commercial properties, sales and rental market, and hotel advisories.

Arshad Hussain, the founder and Managing Director of AHAD Investments, is a seasoned leader in the Real Estate, Hotel, and Hospitality Industry. 

 

Arshad has worked and acquired a large portfolio of luxury properties in the UK, United Arab Emirates and India. A background in real estate fund and asset management, Arshad built a wide network of both agents and investors during this period. 

 

In past years he has taken up the position as Director of Sales, Marketing and Business Development for companies such as Fairmont Bab Al Bahr (Abu Dhabi), The Monarch (Dubai), Group RCI-Middle East (Dubai), and Millennium Mayfair Hotel (Mayfair, London).

 

With 24 years of experience and involvement in the property and construction sector, Arshad developed extensive experience in Residential property development, including structural finance, construction and investment management.

 

Having also worked in the Hospitality Industry, Arshad climbed his way up Major Hotel chains such as Fortes Hotels, Taj Group of Hotels, Sol Melia, Citadines Aparthotels, Group RCI, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. This gave him in-depth knowledge of Hotels acquisitions in the UK and United Arab Emirates.  

 

Arshad has a degree in BSC Hons Applied Economics from Brunel University, UK. An Economist, with extensive knowledge and experience of the Hotels Industry, places Arshad in an ideal position to serve the needs of investors and vendors of Real Estate Developments and Hotels.
